Overview

One Film is a digital subscription service. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for One Film subscriptions.

Subscriptions

One Film offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the selected price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to One Film Pro features until that date.

Refunds

All refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by One Film. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

One Film does not process refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support.

Service Discontinuation

If One Film decides to discontinue the service, we will notify all active subscribers at least 30 days in advance (for example, in the app or by email). We will stop all future renewals so you are not charged again, and we will help you request a refund for any unused, prepaid period from Apple. Refunds remain subject to Apple's approval.

Free Trial

Your free trial begins on the date you start it. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may not be available if you have previously used a trial for One Film.
